The exercise allows both countries to do joint medical operations, promote good will and boost interoperability.

The sailors shared their specific knowledge about types of fractures, intravenous procedures, casualty carries, splints, splinting and other essential medical techniques.

The battalion brought supplies and equipment like stretchers, defibrillators, gurneys, suture materials and bandages for the training exercises.

The new equipment and techniques will be used by Cambodian medical personnel and service members in future emergencies.
